CARE GUIDE
- Upon receiving your flowers arrangement, remove the packaging if any and let them breathe for sometime.
- As suggested cut the stems around 1-2 Inches at a 45 degree angle, please remove all the leaves below the water line and settle the flowers with clean tap water.
- While removing the leaves, please remove the leaves below the water line but do not remove all the leaves along the stem length.
- As suggested after every 24 hours , please cut the stems around 1-2 cms from the bottom and replace it with fresh tap water.
- Do not place your flowers in direct sunlight or near by any source of excessive heat.
- Do not placed your flowers direct under a fan or AC.
- In case of any wilted petals or leaves remove it from the flowers.
- Daily mist of water can help to get the most of the benefits from the flowers.

- As a best industrial practice some of your flower stems may arrive in bud form to make sure your arrangement will be in the finest and freshest condition for as long as possible. This is also used to protect the flowers while in transit, but also to perform the flowers to last even longer.
- As per our daily experience, watching your flowers to burst into a full bloom in the following days after the delivery is not less than the nature’s magic.
- The product images has displayed is only indicative in nature, but we put our 100% efforts to match the image displayed, the actual product delivered may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
- All of our orders are delivered on time as per the selected time slot. This may not achieve in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control i.e, traffic congestion, enroute, remote location for delivery, etc.
- The product delivery cannot be redirected within the same time slot to any other address once its prepared or out for delivery.
- Please be informed that substitution of flowers can be done due to temporary and/or unavailability in the region, you will be notified in advance with the best suitable options.
- For substitution, in case of no response from the customer your order will be processed with the best available/suitable option, because we give utmost priority to deliver on time as most of our orders are for gifts for a special occasions.
